WORST EXPERIENCE, FIRST AND LAST TIME TRYING HEREI BOUGHT A DRINK AND WAS GOING BACK HOME AND THERE I SAW A FLY IN MY GLASS,THE GLASS IS SEALED I HAVE GOT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE FLY IN MY SEALED GLASS. NEVER GO THERE !!!!!VERY POOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY

Around 1040, the female staff who took my order doesn't seem happy with her work. The tone of her voice and attitude was quite rude and to think I was the only customer at that time. She was with a trainee and thay is not the kind of example to give. If I could give zero star, I would.

Been here atleast 10 times normally its real good. Today was not the case! Ordered 2 taro milk and it was so watery and gritty! We only added 30% ice and it was a cold day so thats not the reason for it being watery. I dont know what made it griity but it was like i was swallowing dry cookie crumbs or something. Also the pearls were so mushy. Not happy as we waited till 9 to open then had to wait again for some dumb reason!

Gong Cha has a lot of variety of Gong Cha. I have experienced different cha on many occasions and I found it to be very tasty and edible. There are hardly any seats available to enjoy the drinks. The mall is very noisy but it is not their fault. The service is fast and professional. I love it.

Idk if they have some of their popular drinks premade and just give us those bc the pearl milk tea I get says my order on the sticker but for 70%-100% sugar it isn't sweet at all almost every time I get it now. And before they used to take a bit to do my order now its like I walk away from paying and my order is done 30 secs later. The customer service isn't great either but the drinks used to be good for the price so I'd be willing to deal with an unhappy server. Now I'd rather just go to starbucks and pay more bc at least I'd get a drink I ordered and their staff don't seem as annoyed by customers.

Drinks taste nice and the women were kind but i ordered some drinks this morning and they had to remake it TWICE because they got it wrong. The 3rd time they gave it back to me after ordering no pearls I just took it and took thr pearls out with a spoon because they can't seem to get it right.

Meh, service is okay at best. Staff tends to get my orders incorrect. But I mean, mistakes happen. But compared to other bubble tea stores, it happens a bit too much here.
