I am absolutely in love with the staff at this facility. My twins absolutely adore the teachers and are begging to go to kindy everyday. As a mother it takes a load off my mind knowing that my children are happy and also it takes away some of the guilt I feel as a mother not being with my kids all day.

Not very happy as my son got injured and no answer from the teachers. Also my first impression was to see the teachers were not very engaging to kids. Kids were playing with themselves and not a single teacher was trying to interact with them. I strongly believe that every daycare in New Zealand should have Cameras so atleast we can see what is happening with our kids there. My son is still there but If i see more bruises or any injury i will take action on it.

My son has been at Best Start Montel Ave for a year now and I highly recommend this daycare. The staff are friendly and caring, and my son is very excited to be at daycare. I have also had my daughter come here a few years ago. I went all over West Auckland to find a lovely daycare and I found what I was looking for at Best Start Montel Avenue. My kids have both learn't a lot through daycare. It's the best in the west!

Excellent day care, ticks all boxes. We looked at over 8 centres and found this to be an all rounder. The staff are very friendly and committed, our daughter loves it there and has created very special bonds with the staff. Would highly recommend.

Our family appreciates all the wonderful care everyone at BestStart Montel have given my son this past year. He always looks forward to seeing all his friends and teachers. We are so grateful that he is part of a centre that has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. All of the staff that we have met so far are kind and professional. And finally, we are so thankful about how supportive and mindful they are in dealing with our son's allergies. Thank you again, BS Montel! All the best.

My son has received the best care. All staff members are friendly and professional and really go the extra mile. They are great with communication and my son is cared for like family. He is excited when he arrives every morning and has access to great toys and learning experiences.

My son is enrolled at best start Henderson and he is truely blessed with passionate and inspiring teachers that have taught him empathy compassion and understanding of himself and others. My grandson has been going to Beststart Montel for two years. The staff have been amazing even while we have in lock down. Posting activities, stories, crafts to keep our children occupied. Making time to connect with zoom calls. Their support is phenomenal.They keep us updated with his achievements through story park, and I have watched him go from a shy little boy, to making friends and and social connections.Thank you for the support and guidance and help shaping his inquisitive mind and encouraging his creativity.
