Truly a 5 star team. Right from the time there was a major fault with a car we just bought off a car dealership to the everyday dealings with our 2 car now. Real family local business who do great work on a wide range of vehicles. Courtesy cars also available.

Mapua Autos was recommended to me by a friend who drives big lorries. I have a Skoda Octavia that I owned for 8 years in the UK with low mileage. It had developed an increasingly noisy rattle from somewhere underneath. I spoke with Jaclyn and delivered the car hoping it would be seen that week. Later the same day Damien called and said problem was found and fixed- incorrectly fitted front disc brake pads.Cost was very reasonable and I'm happy my car is going as well as ever.Will definitely be returning to Mapua Autos.

Damian from Mapua Auto Centre helped me out big time on very short notice. I had trouble with my diesel campervan cutting out due to clogged fuel and DPF filter while passing through Mapua. Within 24 hours I was back on the road again, van driving beautifully again. I can highly recommend their friendly professional competent and pleasantly priced service going well beyond what one tends to fear when being caught out with car trouble while travelling. Thank you very much Mapua Auto Centre!!!!

Excellent service - repaired our car when we were broken down on holiday. Sorted everything at a crazy busy time of year and got us back home. So appreciated the calm and informative way the team dealt with everything for us. Highly recommended.

They were unable to do the things requested for my vehicle on the day they said for me to bring my vehicle in. It was in there for 2 days and they still had not completed the things I needed. I think they may have overbooked or perhaps more important things came up and I got bumped down the list. I am local and was looking to have them as my garage but came away with a negative feeling so maybe not.
