The first part feels a bit dogey after 7 but other than that it's a great family friend walk. About 45 mins if at a constant pace

I always love this walk, the coming and going of the tides makes for different scenes every time. A good stop off for longer explors as well.

Pretty well signposted, flat and easy paths, and great views. About an hour, say 3.2 km to do the loop, but looks like you can take a longer loop by the bridge...
