Fantastic customer service, I had to delay my water delivery by a couple of hours, the person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and really happy, he put a smile on my face, I received a text to let me know the driver was on his way, and it was a quick turnaround, I will be using this company again.

When a water truck driver is from wellsford having to come to whangaparaoa to bring the truck up my big driveway this is a company that never lets me down. The drivers are awesome knowing that there are whanau needing water and drivers can't get the truck up the driveway call rain cloud. Cheers whanau your company never lets us down.
