Restaurant is in a premium location but might as well been in a back alley.Despite not being overly busy multiple tables uncleared and left dirty. Told would be a 25minute wait and they only had one server on who was on the til.Food was meh, chips cold, thin piece of chicken.I expect better for the price and location than what was received. Plenty of other options in the town square which is what I would recommend.

TLDR: STOP GOING TO NANDOS!I used to love nandos despite their high prices. Now it’s just unbearable. For $17 you get a tiny bowl of paella - rice with bits of veggies and a few thin chicken slices. For $17.50 you get four tiny pieces of thinly sliced “chicken thighs”. Excuse me?! Have you ever seen chicken thighs? These are essential ham-thick chicken cutlets. Not to mentioned the chips are soggy and you have to self-serve like KFC. I Will NEVER EVER patronise nandos again. Guys, visit at your own peril and disappointment.

I've been protesting outside a few Nando's lately because I am disappointed about their lack of progress on chicken welfare. Their branding and online presence seems to suggest they care about chicken welfare, and yet they don't even support the Better Chicken Commitment. What's with that?

Tasty meal that came out relatively quickly even though they were extremely busy, we managed to get seated in a comfy booth and enjoyed a garlic bread, whole chicken salad and fries between four of us.Staff were working hard but still friendly and helpful.Only complaint was the salad wasn't great and very expensive for size and composition.In summary a tasty inexpensive meal for four, will be back to try some different options next time.

Ordered chips at round 9:40pm as an add on order and noticed all staffs playing with water pouring onto each other and running around and water also splashed on the ovens and chips. We asked for refund as they were going to serve the same watery chips to us. Luckily we got our money back. It’s an health and safety matter as well as all water was on floor and toilet area !!! Which is ridiculous!! I guess Manager was also enjoying but no actions taken!!! No shame on staffs playing and running around infront of customers with wet clothes and slippery floors … Consumer council should take some action to prevent falls and food contamination…Cameras should be checked from 9:30pm to 10pm as a prove of what actually happened on 7/06/23

The service was good and my burger was nice but the wife's was another story..The Chicken was not Cooked properly and didn't noticed till eating most of the first piece.A partial refund was given... $5.50 for a meal of 2 pieces of chicken and chips and drink..$25. Not a fair refund.As we both had eaten it... a night of suffering ahead.We Will Never Go Back.
