Andre is a great trainer, the classes are fun and a great workout. If you want to learn self defence, build your confidence, get fit and meet people from your local community I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

I have been doing this for 20 weeks now and I love it! I have learnt so much and am looking forward to going for grading,I recommend this class for anyone that feels they need some knowledge in self defence

Highly recommended. I signed up for some practical self defense training and stuck with it because there is more to it than that. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Andre is an awesome teacher. Very enthusiastic and really cares about students learning the skills that will be helpful in a real world situation. Strong and compassionate. I've been going to Krav Maga for several weeks now and have noticed a rapid improvement in my physical confidence. Highly recommended.

Awesome training - in explicitly practical stuff - from an extremely skilled, conscientious and effective teacher. Especially cool to really notice session-by-session progression.Andre's classes have a really positive, learning-oriented atmosphere (no egos, no nonsense). It's presented in a systematic, clear and SAFE way, too. Injury prevention is taken seriously, which is really good.Great space/set-up too, with access to a small gym with all sorts of tools to help you take your strength and conditioning to the next level, too.
