I had had recent appointments for ear wax removal and full hearing assessment. Both appointments have started on time. The audiologists have been pleasant, well informed and communicative. Services have been carried out professionally and fully.

Very professional and amazing team. I experienced tinnitus and vertigo which Sam was able to sort out. A visit to a balance physio as suggested by Sam improved the vertigo. Regular follow up visits showed my hearing was worsening over a period of time. Sam was able to sort out a top quality hearing aid to trial which reduced the tinnitus and improved my quality of hearing and life in general. Jan who is the fantastic administrator was to set me up with an appointment quickly to address these issues. Highly recommend Bellbird Hearing to anyone who are experiencing these problems.

I can highly recommend Bellbird hearing to anyone needing wax removal or a hearing test. Excellent service. I noticed while waiting for my appointment that the staff knew a lot of clients and greeted them warmly - there is clearly a repeat customer base, which I found reassuring. Very impressed by the modern, pristine surroundings and the friendly team.

Sam made a very thorough and detailed examination of my hearing problem with illustrations on the computer screen. He adjusted my hearing aids to help with my problem of hearing and concussion. I did not feel rushed and his explanations were clear. I would go back to Sam if I need further assistance.

My appointment at Bellbird Hearing quick, efficient, and professional. I had had other hearing tests that were not as thorough or as thoughtfully done, providing all the information that was needed. I received a report of my examination that same day. I would highly recommend Bellbird to anyone in need of audiology services!

Contacted Bellbird for a hearing check. Receptionist friendly and helpful on the phone and was able to be booked in the following day. Audiologist made me feel comfortable and I felt the test comprehensive and reassuring.
