after purchasing a heavy ticket item the attention was full on during purchase negotiations ,1 year later needed aftercare help and lackluster at best had to chase every step of procedure and felt they were not interested ,also after looking around i have realised they are very expensive

Came on behalf of someone to pick up a new wheelchair. Massive shop with a huge range of items to browse, definitely not just wheelchairs and walkers! Really impressed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Management want to show more understanding for people wanting mobility aids. Due to the level not being sure what the best options are and the hard nosed attitude,don't make it a very enjoyable visit while suffering with grief of our loved one.

I was really disappointed and upset at my treatment by the two ladies in the retail store. Twice I have visited this store now to purchaseMobility equipment for myself and twice I was pretty much ignored, dismissed and treated like they were too busy sitting at their desk doing nothing. The second visit was so horrible in fact that my wife had to ring them afterwards and tell them just how upsetting the visit had been. Way to treat a dying man people.

Wonderful service from their mobile sales van in Auckland, mobility devices where bought to us at our RYMAN retirement villageThe salesman Phil demonstrated the walkers he bought, we chose the carbon fibre one for its handling and folding features and are very happy, the service offered and help from Graham at Hamilton was exceptional!As this is a charitable trust business the price was a little more expensive than competitors but we didn’t mind!
