Andrew and the team were super! They were so honest and nice! They explained things well and fixed up my car with the 2 services it needed and didn’t even charge me for one of them plus they replaced one of my break pads as well! The work was done quickly and efficiently, the whole process was very nice and simple. There was a bit of a confusion around the payment and Andrew was so kind and understanding in helping me out with it. Honestly they turned a daunting task into such a nice experience, the very best. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much!

We send some of our work to Midas when we can’t do them, and we always get them back ready to go. We need more workshops to help each other around town! We are all in this together, Ash is a great guy to deal with. Will recommend my work from now on here!

Decided to have a change from my usual mechanic and head to Midas to get a new WOF. Absolutely stoked with the customer service provided by the friendly staff, quick and efficient work done by the mechanic and left feeling valued & looked after. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work done on my car was top-notch and I appreciate the attention to detail that was given. I also appreciated the honesty of the staff, who provided me with options for the repairs that needed to be done, without trying to pressure me into unnecessary work. Andrew from Midas was really helpful, the team looked at my car despite being really busy as I live out of town.

The front desk guy was nice and understanding of my situationI went to get a leak checked out in my car but they damaged my bumper. They also did not install the engine cover back on as it was on my passenger seat when I picked up my car.After going back and forward, they agreed to fix that damage for free. I also asked for another service but when I went to pay, they didn't charge me for the service valued around $70 for the mucking around.Just shows that mistakes are fine if you fix them.

I had to get a headlight replaced on my Honda Civic and this company lied to me to say the bulbs were “special halogen” bulbs and made me pay over $50. I’ve had the same service done elsewhere and been charged $5, not to mention that you can buy the bulbs yourself from Repco and Supercheap Auto for around $5 and put them in yourself in under two minutes.It’s awful that you take advantage of your customers. You should review your business practices and what you think is acceptable.
