As much as it hurts me to say this. I didn't even want to leave 1 star. Get someone who will answer the phone or else why do you have them? For an ornament? I have been on hold since you opened at 830 am and its now 923 am nearly 1 hour. Absolutely appaling what makes it worse is if you go to make a complaint the inbox is full which means you can't even leave a message. Look i wish someone just answered the phone. I wish I could say this is the first time but no its not infact I have been on hold more then I have been answered. Do better whanau or answer and explain whats going on.

This is ridiculous writing this review while I'm waiting for someone to answer. So far I've been on hold for 10mins. Last week it was 25min before they answered. Can you just hire people just to man your phones. Frustrating. 12mins and still waiting.

I called this morning for an enquiry as to register with your practice. And the receptionist I got Sarah, was very horrible. She lacked empathy and warmth and spoke over me. I left the conversation feeling very hopeless and downhearted, in the mannerism that she presented with. And on top of my situation -I have a very sick child to support and contend with! Nga Mihi.

Appalling, chronically unwell. No clue why, reception refuses to load my health insurance to my name. GP recommended going to ER.Worth noting I don’t even know what my GP looks like. Run the other direction frauds.
