We used Jae Rotorua recently to clean our fabric lounge suite, and were excellent to deal with.Rachel was great to deal with on the phone, very informative about what we needed and was so accomodating with booking a time that worked for us.Braden did an excellent job, our lounge suite is a light colour so he was very thorough and brought them up like new. He also arrived right on time (to the minute!) And was courteous in how he carried out the service with me working from home.Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Excellent service. The many from Jae came to spot clean our carpet in two areas. Our cat had vomitted up cat biscuits and the dye had left quite a mark on pale carpet. Great service, there is no staining left at all. Very friendly. Quick prompt service.We had, had another company look earlier and they were not helpful, in fact quite discouraging at what they thought the result would be. Also that per just wondered into our house, didn't remove shoes or even ask if he needed to. So it was a no from us to their services.JAE Services quite the opposite, excellent service all round. I would highly recommend them.

We had a split hot water cylinder. They came in same day and sorted wet carpet no problem. Great communication and friendly. Worked in well with our insurance company.
