Absolutely useless and should be investigated.Receptionist Leah lies andgaslights patients to justify her behavior.Stay away. They also never answer phone. Talk about patients infront of other patients. Don't follow up on test results. Weeks to get appointments.

My partner and I went to this medical center this morning. We check in 5 minutes early, and sit down in the waiting room. Half an hour past his appointment time he asks what's the hold up to the receptionist, who then advised my partner hadn't checked in at all, when he had! So after waiting half an hour for his appointment, then what should have been a 5 minute appointment turned into ANOTHER half an hour due to the doctors computer not working. An hour in the clinic due to absolute zero service. What a joke

To all the people saying doctors are excellent service the doctors are good there but whenever you want to make an appointment with them via phone they just put you on hold music for 10 minutes then hang up now and not bothering to leave a message as usual.Very useless receptionists they don't know how to make appointments to deal with patients especially when I'm going through a blockage of the ear for a week to get an extraction.They need to stop playing on their cellphones and open their eyes and provide care for all patients I'm considering of making a complaint to the DHB and moving doctors all I got to say straight up is poor service for the receptionists and excellent for the doctors there one thing I got to say to them.Pick up your damn phones and deal with your patients otherwise do not bother consider working there if you don't know how to pick up a phone and also not worth not a star. I hope you two ladies get the sack so dont try to deny you were helping patients over the phone cause you weren't.Update on review:Don't bother ringing cause they just hang up on you within minutes waiting for an appointment

absolutely useless medical provider. never answer the phones. went in to make an appointment early may was told can be next month in june. doctors are stingy and will give the most minimal amount of treatment necessary to ensure that you lose hours of your life calling them back to make another appointment

I am really sorry to see all the negative reviews about this medical centre, sure the phone is a bit of an issue which has been going on for too long, hopefully it will be resolved soon. I am very grateful for the very reasonable fees charged to see the Doctor and have no issues with the waiting time, usually only 15-20 minutes after appointment time, that's very good. I have the Manage My Health app. with that I can make my own appointment, order repeat script & see my own records, I highly recommend it.

They're usually running 30 mins late. I had to come back from working in Taupo because it was the first available appointment for 3 weeks. I show up 10mins late and they cancel my appointment without calling or anything and tell me I need to reschedule. Next available is 2 weeks away

Would rate 0 if I could, you call 5 times they never answer, have always been dismissive and rude when I’m at the reception, doctor Jason total me to either toughen up or quit my job instead of prescribing the medication I needed or even giving a suggestion. This practice is a joke don’t go there

Called three weeks ago ,re registering.Was recommended by Cardiology Nurse to apply .I moved from Enderly to Frankton/Dinsadale. Only 5minutes away.Still no reply. Tried calling again but no answer just leave a meesage etc. Poor service.

You can't complain about the service because there is none. No one answers the phone. Leave a message for a repeat script and have had to do this 3 times over a week. 4th time and the mail box is full. Finally get hold of a stuck up receptionist that couldn't care less. Still waiting a week for my medicationsand they wonder why you get brassed off. Seriously go somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Tried calling multiple times on multiple days. Either the call centre or no answer at all. Have left a message at the beginning of the week and no response since. Receptionists are always there when I go to the clinic, so I see no reason for them to not answer the phone.
