Extremely dissatisfied. I am a 21 year old woman who went in with hair well inches below my shoulders looking for a tidy up and emerged with a messy shoulder length cut resembling a mullet! Hair dresser did not listen at all to what I asked for and did not appear to have a very good skill set. Also when I politely asked if she could fix it up she got very surly and acted very unprofessional. Will definitely never be going there again.
