Terrible customer service. They don’t answer their phones and you cannot leave a message. No one gets back to you. 3 months and waiting.

This company has provided very poor service.During the last 2 months I have tried to contact the Christchurch centre by phone The phones are not answered and there is no voice-mail.I have visited 3x in person to express my concerns and emailed them as requested, with no response.The orthotists are helpful, but seem unable to effect change to the system.
