Great service, lovely people, but after we got home with our 10 sacks of Kai chunk coal , we were disappointed to find the sacks were at least 1/3 full to 1/2 of pea sized coal and dust. Feeling ripped off.Went to Gibbs today and explained what we found, and was told that they can't guarantee that we would get what we paid for...chunks. after being loyal customers and referring them to others, won't be going back

I was told they ripped a nice lady off who paid for her wood to be delivered then accused her of hiding it somewhere, very dishonest and dodgey place. It was never delivered. It's not the first time I've been told something like this

This place is a rip of 22.50 for a bag of soaking wet coal which dosnt burn that great they told us the coal was dry dont go there go to parklands 17.50 for the same coal and its dry
