Yogijis Food Mart - Frost Road

I recently visited a shop based on the opening hours listed on Google, which indicated that it was open until 9 pm. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the shop, I discovered that they had already closed at 8.30 pm. This inconsistency in their operating hours caused me inconvenience and frustration.Additionally, I was disappointed by the poor behavior of the staff member I encountered, who did not handle the situation professionally. It is essential for businesses to ensure accurate information regarding their operating hours is provided to avoid inconveniencing customers. I hope the shop takes the necessary steps to rectify these issues and improve their customer service in the future.

First time dropping by here, will be back for more. Usually shop my Indian groceries at Lotus but was impressed with Yogiji's. Variety is less compared to Lotus but the place is very organized and there are quite a different stock of items which I haven't come across in Lotus. Found Paperboat, Karachi Bakery and puffed rice which I had been looking for a while. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

i love this place because you can get all the general grocery items here under the one roof. especially for the indian grocery items.even more you can get fresh vegetables and frozen items as well. i have recently been there, and i got two boxes of indian magoes. It's very nice in the test and fresh also. it is also a reasonable price compared to other places in Auckland.

Good location, good parking, great customer service and excellent prices. The shop is clean and the layout is very neat. The specials made the drive worth it. If only you offered online shopping!!

Clean and Tidy store.Plenty of options available for many local Indian spices and Regional snacks.Ample parking and not too overpriced.Been there multiple times in a week's time.

So far it is really good. Clean and well organised. Good range of products. Good vegetables and cheaper.Please keep the good work up.

I gave the checkout girl my shopping bag to pack and she refused. After I packed my own shopping I suggested that packing groceries could be part of the service and her response was we don’t do it in other stores so it is unlikely. She wouldn’t even let me finish before starting to serve the next person. Poor service.

Poor Service for mango delivery. Advertise and no stock when you go to shop to buy. For keshar mango box, their is limit for one. I wanted one more for my daughter in Henderson amd they wouldnt give. You expect to spend on petrol to buy one extra box. what a shame.Now, i returned home and received a phone call, that they are now serving 4 boxes to a lady and another lady fought to get 2 boxes and were successful.

I have a very bad experience with Yogijis food mart, mt roskill. I bought a batter(Amma batter) from here for $13.99. When I opened the container at home, I found the batter was spoiled. Still two more days are pending for its expiry but its colour and taste changed. On the very next day I went to the store for reporting this case. When I reported this issue to store manager, she refused to admit it and told they won't provide any refund. I just want to say that I don't want any of your pity refund but need a worthy grocery.

FALSE ADVERTISING & UNETHICAL BEHAVIORAdvertised Price for Bikaji Nankeen $3.99 for 3. When we took this to counter each price was charged $2.99. We showed them the advertised price. The Old man and a lady took the price stickers from the shelf and ran away to the office to never return back.
