So so thankful, service was absolutely top knotch…I was overwhelmed, because 2 places did repairs and I paid for it, but they never solved the problem, when I looked up this place online, the reviews said it all for me, I was sold, turned up spoke to a fine chap….job done, advice was super explainable, just WoW wow wow, my go place now….thank you so very much Team Vicky lol

These guys really know there stuff, took in two of my chainsaws that I had lent out. One old Echo and an husqvarna. These guys got took the time to ask me what I used these saws for and what was wrong and my budget along with educating me on thing I didn't know about the saws. Was over all a great experience and will be returning with my mower and hedge trimmer next. Thanks guys was awesome dealing with you.

the shop was too busy to fit my mower in, but the guy told me what I needed to fix the issue and sold me the parts. 20 minutes later she’s running like new. Excellent service, not often shops these days are willing to sell parts and give up labor. Will be returning again

Wow - what a find!! Rod really knows mowers and what makes them work and stop!! He is most helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about a whole range of outdoor power tools. His charges are very reasonable so it’s well worth the trip to West Auckland Mowers. Highly recommended.

Popped in to get some new blades for my mower. Served by a younger guy (Caleb maybe?). Top notch service and great advice. Kicking myself for dealing with other mower guys now. Will definitely be my go to place for anything mower related.
