Rob was referred to us by a friend after we had waited along time for other builders to look at our job.While it wasn't a huge job it was important to us as we appeared to have leaking windows in our relatively new house.Rob came and looked at it for us, gave us his opinion on what probably needed to be done, gave us an estimate( fixed price wasn't possible due to not being able to see what was going on behind the cladding), then when we gave Range Construction the green light, he gave us dates that he could fit the work in around his other commitments, then with great communication, photos etc got on with the project. We live out of town so this was very important to us.We have been most impressed with Robs attention to detail, careful workmanship and ability to get the job done as well as organise great sub contractors as well.We will certainly be recommending Range Construction (Rob Taylor)to our friends in and around Taupo.
