It was like slop on a plate the potatoes were cold so was the gravy the meat pork was the end of the roast very hard couldnt eat it please bring back Riccarton never had a bad one there

How revolting just watch the guy behind the counter pick his nose in between serving people. Did not wash his hands either.Not going to eat from there again

We ordered roast pork with skin and the guy who took the order said it would come with skin but the manager who gave us the meat said that it wont come with skin. We were happy to pay for the skin as well as my partner really liked the skin of pork as shown on the cabinet but the manager was so rude to us and constantly said just no in front of other customers. It was really embarrassing.

To be fair I can't believe I even gave this 1 star.Today we ordered 2 roast sandwiches. And u would think how can it go wrong? Each sandwich consisted of 2 bits of dried stale, unbuttered bread and the smallest amount of Cold roast chicken chopped , chopped again and pressed flat I'm thinking to go the distance. We had asked for gravy, mayo and salt n pepper.... only received a teaspoon of gravy on each, in the middle, no mayo and had to do the salt n pepper ourselves. This dry uncut distasteful object was given to us to consume while both staff members ran back out the back. No1 to complain too. We went back 10 minutes later and still No staff in sight to speak too. Hence this review. How very sad. Won't return for further disappointment.

Awful, awful, awful. Cold pork + warm bread roll is just terrible. Pretty sure the chips had been nuked in the microwave as they were just dished out of a white plastic bowl on the side. $17 for a meal I didn’t even finish. Should have gone to Maccas

I thought a nice lamb shank roast meal was the perfect choice for a cold, wet day. I should have gone elsewhere! The 3 large dry roast potatoes were horrible, they taste like chalk! The half piece of kumera was virtually raw, I couldn’t cut it with my knife! The amount of meat on the shank was the most surprising of all. I was lucky to get 3 forks worth. And to top it off, most of the meal was cold. Without a doubt the worst meal I’ve eaten in a very long time!
