Unable to make an appointment over the phone just keeps redirecting me saying if I want to make an appointment to call back. I do that and the same thing is said.

People did nothing. Waiting lists to nowhere. They don't respect privacy and some of the doctors were manipulative and disrespectful. Avoid this service it's free but you never know what kind of quack you'll get for you're appointment.

I have been with 298 for 4 years now and they are absolutely fantastic - Sue Bagshaw is a brilliant doctor and always goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommended place!

Not at all happy with this service. My son has suffered mentally due to scripts not being completed in time and we're now a week and a half without his meds and have to wait another 4 days because they got busy" and forgot. Absolutely disgusting and VERY unprofessional. Free definitely doesnt mean it's worth it."

Not happy with their service being told to move out of a free parking spot that wasn't needed because apparently it was staff parking but there are no signs nor no parking text so how exactly is it reserved for staff??

Only doctors that I've been to where the people are so lovely, the fact that they take in mental health, and the environment when discussing sickness is so cool.

I have been with 298 for pretty much my entire teen life. And I have to say goodbye very soon due to reaching adulthood and I honestly do not know how I'm going to find another place as kind and considerate as they are. I'm a mess just thinking about it. Emma has been there through everything for me. She pretty much knows my life story at this point. I am so lucky I got this opportunity they went above and beyond for me and I will never forget it.
