Absolutely awful, went to get a feed, mind you I haven't been there in a few years as they always seem to mess up or forget something. Get home and open my burger to add some chips and was greeted with a long black hair in it. Go back to burger king to let them know and get a new burger, not only was there no apology but the freshly made burger" has the same hair in it just shorter. Couldn't believe this absolutely disgusting will never spend a dime there ever again."

Had a trainee on with no hi, thanks, bye. Ok he's a trainee but then the manager was exactly the same. Might want to train on basic manners. Food was cold,sundae was like a milkshake... I see things never change here

Absolutely a disgusting restaurant needs a good clean no one else was there so it wasn't busy at 4.45pm the floor was sticky and all tables hadn't been wiped.

Amazing and wonderful staff. Ordered some churros and they were made fresh. I love this place so much. Wonderful food and prices. Want to come here again. Seems like such an amazing place to work

Absolutely terrible service. Had 3 of your employees argue with each other infront of a group of customers about an order someone messed up. Not a single smile on anyone faces. Atmosphere felt was very unwelcoming. Food was average. That's all I got to say about this.

I thought burgers of this place would be different and yummy as it's a specified place for burgers. But totally disappointed with that. We ordered there special jalapeño burger. To be honest, it was as usual burger which you might get in cheap price tag in different burger place. Though i like there cold drink machine from which u can fill your glass as many times you want. Sitting arrangements was good and spacious. Staff was good .

Need to brush up on their act. Probably the worst burger king in Christchurch been there a few times over the years has been consistently unsatisfactory for me , at least MC Donald's has consistency & good quality controls thoughout it’s chains this one unfortunately brings BK down.
