Given half a chance I could easily live there. No two places the same and beautiful surroundings. Tranquil and a well thought out layout of the whole place. Plenty to do people living there are very friendly and welcoming.

Pretty flashAddress system is slightly convoluted as the entire place is considered anderly ave. But they do have a map near the office.Nice reserve beside the golf course is hidden behind here too.

Edited people need to really consider before moving to any village like this. No capital gains, over priced managent fees. This is not an investment what so ever. Very sad

Beautiful gardens, Emma the sales lady is SO accommodating, she's so lovely to deal with. The residents go out of their way to say hello as you ramble about, beautiful villas

My in-laws have lived there for 20+ years. It's really lovely and there are lots of activities to keep the residents amused if they so wish. It's more life-style than retirement and given the average age of residents it's a bit of a conumdrum why the don't have some sort of medical back-up on site.
