We are not receiving mail sent by DX - e.g. Westpac bank statements, hospital appointments in Rotorua. I have complained a few times and advised they are short-staffed etc and that they are catching up, but we still haven't received the mail. It's beenc2 months now.

Most unimpressed with DX mail. We sent 10 postcards from Taupo New Zealand to various UK addresses using DX stamps. We paid the correct postage and posted them in a DX mailbox. 3 weeks later and not a single one of them has arrived. Avoid at all costs.

Jury service letters are sent by dx mail. I find this choice of provider a somewhat stupid choice. I am lucky enough to have a car but still have to travel several kilometres to the nearest dx postbox to post my reply to jury service. Actually, finding the nearest one was a bit of a mission. For those without a car it looks like a considerable walk or bike ride would be required to post a dx letter. There are very few post boxes across the city so difficulty accessing one for most people has to be high.

Your website states:'NZ's only alternative mail provider, more frequent, more agile, better value.' Whilst competition is good for the consumer, I disagree with your assertions. A few times now, mail meant for my neighbour, has been delivered to my mailbox (my house number is clearly marked, as is my neighbours). Until now this misplacement has been no big deal. And I've taken it over to them, even though that's what you're getting paid for. However; today's stuff up is inexcusable. It was an IMPORTANT and PRIVATE piece of mail from Waikato Hospital, that my neighbour had been waiting on. SHARPEN UP DX MAIL! You may be the alternative to NZ Post and be more frequent; but in my experience, you are not more agile nor better value.

Only one place to post DX mail and it's not easy to identify office nor to get a park. More places should be made available. NZ Post anytime.
