Low quality parts with short service life, they did credit faulty parts but was a lot of mucking around and lost labor. Also beware of the 30 day parts return policy. We had the parts returned back to us with a rude hand written letter stating their 30 day return policy. This was the last straw that broke the camels back for us and all for a $20.00 part. We have since taken our business elsewhere and have not looked back.

Wasn't impressed with what I required as you have to buy the complete air flow system. ? It does come in parts that just clip on therefore they expect you to buy the complete system that you don't require? Unbelievable Really ? Mount Shop!! I don't think so!! Over priced for plastic! You asked I'm telling you!!

They always have the bits I need in stock. That's particularly important as I mainly own silly euro stuff where parts are normally weeks away from Germany. Thanks guys

This company failed to notify us of a 30 day return policy, even though we have spent a large amount of dollars they refused to credit any returns from a trade customer and particularly from a trade customer who's industry has be severely effected buy Covid 19. We would not recommend any trade customers deal with mount shop, especially rental car operators.

Always helpful, always fair, amazing stock levels of even oddballs, willing to help you find the right part or equivalent every time across the counter.When they don't have it, they'll recommend who else to try. That's honesty.
