Great good old fashion, honest genuine service is what you get here. Ross always gives sound recommendations and provides the best service possible. Handy location, I can pop into the nearby suspermarket or shops while waiting for my WOF. I highly recommend Balmoral auto repairs.

Ross & the team @ Balmoral Automotive have been servicing my cars, and those of my extended family (about 9 vehicles in total), for coming up to 20 years. They're always trustworthy, honest, reliable - and of course do a great job. They're always prepared to help (even when I just 'drop in' with a small issue that needs attention) and Ross gives pragmatic, sensible advice based on his many years of experience. I'll continue to take my vehicles (3) to him for as long as he's a mechanic!

I used to be a happy customer as business owner and partner are really nice all the time.However I had my worst and most humiliating experience when I turned up for my booked appointment for a wof. When I arrived I was told: oh that is you. Well your car won't pass and go somewhere else. Wow. First I didn't beleive the words I heard. Also since my last wof with this company I had two with vtnz all passed. Very bad customer service. I defenatly won't recommend this place if you happened to have an older car. Or should I think it is personal after been recognised?

My car broke down on the motorway and I towed it here, Ross looked at it and unfortunately it was beyond repair however he suggested a collection service and I was able to sort out a very big problem easily. Service friendly and professional. Did me a solid thanks mate. Highly recommend

I have been bringing my car here for 8-9 years, always received excellent honest service from Ross and team. I don't even live nearby anymore, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Ross and the team are so great, they always make sure that any repair is completed quickly, and you are able to know exactly what is happening and what the costs might be. Ross is great at finding solutions which lower the cost of the issue while still solving the issue, and is always friendly and ready to help. Would definitely recommend and will be back
