Metro Paws and Claws Luxury Pet Hotel

We decided to put our puppy here while we went away for 12 days. It was giving me huge anxiety as our puppy is quite fearful of new people. The team here are simply amazing and super caring! Nicole and Valeria were amazing dog whisperers with my pup and we received updates from almost all of the team who were all amazing while we were away! It was comforting to know he was ok and in the care of people who would look after him. We started with a few days of daycare which I highly recommend! Couldn’t speak higher of the place and wouldn’t let my boy stay anywhere else…. Thanks Metro Paws for looking after our fur baby so we could enjoy a nice relaxing well overdue vacation overseas!!

Great place, staff and management are awesome, honest, and caring. My French Bulldog always comes home happy after either grooming or overnight stay. He is never hesitant entering the property which tells me he is happy to be there. The staff know him by name, and treat him like their own.Highly recommend Metro Paws for all the services they provide.

Metro Paws and Claws have been a saviour for us! The staff are so good with our two dogs, one in particular who is pretty high energy, and they always know how to manage him. We always feel good leaving our dogs in their care because we know they are safe and they’re always happy to go there. We always pick up tired and contented dogs which is perfect!

I first took my ailing 14 year old Cocker Spaniel to Metropaws some 4.5 years ago and he was always wonderfully cared for along with medication and dietary foods given him. At this time, it was a tremendous relief to know he was well cared for. I now take my 2 year old Cocker Spaniel for occasional doggy daycare and to the hotel whenever we are away and he too is well cared for and comes home a happy boy. It is great to take them to Metropaws and know they are in capable and caring hands.

We have used Metro Paws and Claws hotel since it opened. Our puppies enjoy it there so much that they run in with indecent haste and only give us a cursory glance and sometimes even time for a pat before they shoot off through the door. The dogs have been there for day stays, overnight stays and long stints and every single time it is like Christmas for them.When one of our dogs became unwell the staff contacted us immediately and then organised a wellbeing check with the vet for us.We cannot recommend Metro Paws highly enough. Professional service each and every time.

Metro Paws has been our doggy daycare for 6yrs. The lovely team have taken exceptional care of our cheeky little boy over this time. The girls have gone above and beyond for me at times to make pick up and drop off easier. Having after hours access means no stress getting there if I’ve had to work late.We also use the grooming service they have in house for regular scheduled grooms and washes. This is so convenient, and the quality of groom is always excellent.

We have been very lucky over the years to have the wonderful team at Metro Paws and Claws Luxury Hotel look after our two dogs. They are always so excited when arriving at the hotel and they have a wonderful time. I love the environment at Metro Paws as they always make sure the temperature is controlled and the dogs have lovely sleeping arrangements. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Our dog has been going to Metro Paws for about 3 years now and he LOVES it! Always so excited to get out of the car to play with his mates. The staff are welcoming and friendly, great communication. We are always super pleased with their grooming services, keeping our good boy looking handsome.
