Ema’s Kintsugi Workshop was so much fun! Ema was very knowledgeable and patient with her instruction and we came away with beautiful pieces. I will never throw out a cracked plate or mug again! I had always wanted to try this and now that I know how, I have purchased the home kit for future use. I would definitely do this workshop again (and again). So many other beautiful pieces of art also in the studio. Thanks Ema

I attended Ema's Kintsugi workshop. What a fabulous experience. Ema shared her wonderful knowledge about Kintsugi with us along with tips and tricks. It was such a relaxing workshop & time flew by and I got to leave with a wonderful piece. I even bought her kit so that the next time something I love is broken I can enhance and repair it with Kintsugi. I would highly recommend this workshop.

I went along to one of Ema's kintsugi workshops, this one at The Artery in Tauranga. I've been interested in kintsugi for a while because the idea of making flawed or broken items into something beautiful really appeals, and the workshop didn't disappoint! Ema gave us some history about the art at the start of the workshop and was VERY helpful (and patient, important for me and my conviction that I was going to mess up) throughout, and I love my piece. I wouldn't have had the confidence to try it without this workshop, and now I feel well equipped to beautifully fix just about anything I might break (accidentally or because I get the urge to do some kintsugi) in the future. I attended one of Ema's kintsugi workshops in Wellington and it was great! There were nine of us, and the pace was perfect and Ema wasn't spread to thin... unlike my glue in some places.She has a very practical and open teaching style. I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and learning a little more about the art of kinstugi including what it can teach our mind as well as our hands.
