Our curbside bin hasn't been emptied for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.Bin isn't overloaded or too heavy, bin has been out the night before; nothing wrong with the bin in order for them to leave it.Customer Service takes about 2 days to answer a query and even then it's answered by the wrong person.I think it's time to find a new rubbish collector.

bad communication, cut my service off without telling me, they thought my bill wasn't paid when it was. trying to communicate with billing people was a joke, they took two weeks to get back to me, didn't answer my web inquiry, and refused to pick up my bin. They are gone, never again

We were driving through town this morning, and had 2 empty Brown boxes in our car, which were empty biscuit boxes from getting groceries, so my Husband decided to dump them as we were going past. The young guy charged us $5. I am so disgusted at this price and next time I will be putting empty boxes in a council bin. I am so tempted to contact Fair Go. Why should I even bother recycling and carrying about our environment. If they had of been full of rubbish I would of understood, but empty, give us break.
