Movementor Pilates
Abbey and the team were awesome. They prepared a programme for me and I worked weekly with Abbey to maintain my strength and range of movement. As my condition evolved, the programme was adjusted to maximise what I got out of it. They have great equipment, techniques and expertise. The classes were fun, rewarding, and hugely helpful at maintaining and enhancing my mobility.

Very helpful, knowledgable instructors who use a range of equipment so the weekly classes are varied and challenging. Offer a range of class levels so that you can always find a class that suits your ability.

I love this Pilates studio, I think is one of the best in Christchurch without any doubt. Would always recommend! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
