Jeremy's product knowledge and customer service was amazing. He was very clear in his explanation of Vodafone's services in New Zealand and handled my query with absolute professionalism. It's great to see there's people out there that care and know there stuff. Thanks mate, you made my day. :)

Where do I start? One of the worst retail experiences of my life. Went in to get my iPhone 11 repaired, couldn't give me an estimate of how much it would cost for repair, had no idea at all, very unhelpful, went back 10 mins later as this was a work phone that was under business insurance, took 3 people and 1 hour to get this all sorted, then they finally came out with a loan phone iPhone 8 that was smashed on the back so I said, why would I want to take a broken loan phone when I' bringing in a broken phone to be repaired" spoke to the useless manager and his people skills are awful

Update your hours on google to match your actual hours. I just wasted my time coming in to find your shut.

Great customer service. I have recently moved from the UK and was having trouble deciding on sorting out a NZ phone and was attempting to sort out unlocking my phone. The staff member who help me was very good and friendly even though my UK phone refused to unlock. He helped set me up with a NZ pay as you go sim and phone.

Worst Customer service in ChristchurchHave been overcharging my monthly internet bill for over 9 months now.Everytime I go into the store they say it will be fixed and yet now their team is so disorganized that they think I owe them money for late payments when it's just their overcharged amount they have failed to credit of.Everytime I come in they say it will be the last time and even offered me one month free too make up for this, then charged me for it anyway.Extremely unprofessional and disorganized business. Terrible communication from their workers.Contact me to sort out this issue please.So sick of being told it will be fixed and it just gets worse.Would think a company of this size could sort it out....

Incredibly slow and inefficient staff. Have to wait for at least 30 to 60mins everytime I show up to talk to staff, even though there are only couple of customers in the store.

Samantha who works here is absolutely incredible. She was able to sort out an alternative wifi connection while my fibre connection was getting done. Can’t thank her enough
