Premium economy review: staff friendly as one would expect. However, their food offering is bad - bordering on the uneatable. You would expect, for the price, to have good choices of food but this is not the case. It’s worse than any other airline I have travelled on. All choices taste the same and we had a small Kit Kat for sweet. What? You have to really push staff to get a drink and the whole service was rushed. For double the price of economy I would expect to have a much better offering. Seats were industry standard and not bad with a bit more leg room and arm rests. But that’s about it. Nothing else to recommend them. Avoid if possible, do your research and go with another, better, more caring airline.
