I’ve ordered something from SHEIN, recieved by toll but it’s been over a month. I’ve not received my parcel yet . So poor customer service. I’ve emailed them, calls no response.

Just rang customer service regarding a parcel I have not yet received, the tracking number I was given by the sender was not recognised in their system the girl kept telling me. She kept asking for a consignment number.... Asked her can her system be more helpful, response was no..... Customer Services needs improving A.S.A.P this is shocking. Had to give a star but DO NOT DESERVE IT !!!

Absolutely disgusting. Got talked to atrociously by some female lady on the other side of the phone. Then she hung up on me. Never ever ship with them, the most useless company for delivery in Nz. Never had problems with anyone else. Don't bother talking to them they're just nasty and useless, won't help you at all. Also gonna take another month for my package to get here as they're lazy and slow. Never again

The number of times I’ve ordered something from a company, it’s been collected by Toll and then sat at their warehouse for a week is ridiculous. I’m no longer going to purchase from any companies that use them.

Do not order from this company. They ship for SHEIN to NZ but they NEED to use a different company or they are going to lose their customers here. Only Salvation of this company is the lovely lady I talked to on the call line. Courier was told days prior to call to make delivery, not only did he not call he delivered to the wrong place, doubt ile see it after already waiting a month+. What a joke of a company using covid as an excuse for ridiculous delays
