Seamless service from this crew on my Landcruiser this afternoon! Names on my job card were Steve and Chelsea, car was cleaner than when I dropped it off, the staff interaction on drop off and pick up were easy and friendly, and of course the fresh windscreen looks perfect.Thanks team!

Really easy to deal with. Very busy but managed to squeeze me in a few days later and took just on an hour to fix my quarter window. Super nice team too. Highly recommended.

Didn’t have any issues booking it in, but the installation was shocking. They broke my imported air fresher without even mentioning it - messed up the glass coating they encouraged me to pay for so now my brand new windscreen and wipers leave streaks everywhere - and they trashed my rear view mirror and dashcam and just left it all hanging - again with no explanation. Actually feels like a joke - they clearly do not take their work seriously and I’m pretty upset as I care a lot about my car, and it’s come back damaged from what was supposed to be a repair

They changed the windshield and there was a big gap between glass and rubber and also they didn’t even bother push the rubber ,in the corner and it was loose.Emailed them and there was no response and had to call them wich was a mission with the 0800 number they have .Took the car back and it was supposed to be ready in couple of hours and they didn’t call after 3 hours and had to call the 0800 number wich im in the queue for more than an hour and still no call back.They are very bad and not recommended at all.

I booked on a storm day to replace a rear triangle glass on this store, so it was not busy. A professional wiper lady did that work for me in a short time, made more inspection for my whole glass and gave me some reasonable advice. Not bad experience.

Absolutely horrible service would not recommend! Drop off my car Tuesday morning at 9:30am which it was booked in for a seal replacement its should have been done that afternoon or the next day at the worst but no annoyingly was told I could only pick up my car Friday afternoon at 5pm frustrating to say the least. Then when I did pick up the vehicle the replacement job was messy and rushed with glue Mark's eveywhere and the seal inside the car not even sitting properly the whole thing was worse than before, very unprofessional dont go to Smith and Smith

When I first called, the guy answering was very short and not very helpful. Day my partner needed to take her car in they said they had an earlier appointment which was great, if they had the correct glass for the side needed. Sending her away, they said she could retain her later appointment. When she returned at 2pm they made he wait 1h before starting her car, and when they started it, took then literally 15mins. Hope you guys use this as constructive criticism.
