Customer service seems to be an unknown concept to this company. My new Janome broke down after 6 weeks. I had no response to my phone call or emails as to what was happening re repairs to my machine. After 9 weeks I resorted to “going up the chain”- contacting Australia to get them to get some information from the NZ branch.Janome make great machines- but so do other companies and they do give customer service.

Do not expect any help or contact from the support" team.I have not had any response to phone calls mad as email sent. My advice: choose a machine that has an active support desk and buy that one instead"

Absolute disgrace of a company.I had a coverPro machine that was a total lemon. Eventually Janome agreed to look at it as my (Janome approved) technician could not fix it. The rep that received it, then broke it by not packaging it correctly, which they then tried to charge me for.I ended up taking them to disputes tribunal, and won, and 8 months later they have yet to fulfil their court ordered liabilities. They stopped responding 6 months ago and I’m now taking them back to court!I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.As per previous reviews, it is clear that this company does not have any concept of customer service. The only good review is from a shop that sells their products and is clearly coerced.
