I'm Not A Barber

Got an expensive looking haircut at an inexpensive haircut price. I had long hair that went nearly to the small of my back. It was starting to split so it needed to go. I had it cut to just past my shoulder blades. I've done this multiple times at many other places and all of the other barbers gave me a hard time, questioning if I really wanted to cut that much off. The answer has been always yes." The person who cut my hair today gave me an easy time

I was on Anzac ave saloon today and they are great. The lady who cut my hair( my bad to forgot to ask her name) was super and she had made magic with stylish way on my bad trimmed hair. I had received lots of hair care tricks from her. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Third time coming here. The first 2 times were great! Would 200% recommend the person who cut my hair the first two times(sandy). I even recommended my other friends. But the last time, not so much ( Jun, the owner, cut my hair). It took me 6 months, 3 haircuts, 200$ and basically cutting my long hair really short, to try and fix the butchered haircut they gave me. It basically looked like I had an awfull wig on. Also Jun had the worst attitude towards the customers. I went back to say that I am not happy with the haircut. She told me it was my fault and I asked for this haircut. I have been asking for a layer cut" my whole life and I have never gotten a mullet kind of wolf cut. She told me this is what "Indians" usually get so she thought I wanted the same. She did not even bother to layer the hair in the first place or atleast take an effort to fix it afterwards. Don't go there for the cheap haircut. I was overcharged and when I finally got in touch with Jun, she said it was up to me to take it up with the individual barber and not her problem. The haircut was not worth the price or the hassle of trying to get it resolved.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HAIR HERE !!!!Not happy at all, this place is a scam.Went in thinking they would style it properly, instead my hair was just cut in 4 chops !! literally 4 chops!!There was hair on the seat from the pervious customer.Did not section my hair properly or wet it, or level it ... just NOTHING !!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. It was cut by Jun, sorry to say but it is so bad.not worth 30$ at all.Better go to a proper hair styling place.

Came in for a cut, had a french lady welcome me in and I showed a photo of the hair I wished for. Asked if it was possible and she said it was but it will be some differences which I replied thats conpletely fine.Yet all she did was shaved and trimmed my hair down, nowhere near what I wished for and in the end came out looking a bit ugly for its $30 price.Didn't complain or said anything, as I thought maybe I'm being bit too harsh but noticed two weeks later on she made massive mistake with her shave. Where theres a odd patch of hair on my side thats either missing or flatout just uneven compared to the rest of my hair.

Rushed, uneven and careless. They should put up a buyer-beware section on their website.

Not bad. Good place if you want to drop in for a very quick cut. Very matter of fact and straightforward about the cut. Really bist, which is nice to see, but not much ambiance or chatter. Not my favourite, but lots of people don't lie.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had last Thursday!! The young Asian male laughed when I asked for mohican style (spiked up in the middle) completely messed it up, cut it way too short and unevenly, and even created a hole on one side which I am now having to use Toppik hair fibres to cover up!! Shame cos the first time I came here, I got my hair cut really well by a friendly English girl ... but be warned not to use this guy!!

I had Sandy cut my hair and she did an amazing job! I had a lot of questions in regards to taking care of my hair and she really knew her stuff. She also gave me extra styling tips which was awesome. I’ll definitely be back!
