We find some of the staff unfriendly/ unprofessional. For that reason we prefer going to Karori or Johnsonville library.

I returned to the library as a grandparent years after I had taken my children there, to find books to read my grandchildren. The librarian was friendly, efficient and helpful, finding me all the books I needed and explaining how they were organised and where to find them. A+++!
