We have been using ZAP's services for a couple of years now, first to exterminate a wasp nest in one of our trees, and then to install rodent bait stations around and inside our property, which they check and refill on a monthly basis. They are efficient, courteous, professional and good value. A top local business deserving of your custom.

I've been doing pest control in my 2 level home every year for the past 5 years and have never experienced what I did today. First of all, when this 23 year old guy from Zap Pest Control arrived at my residence, all I encountered was unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. When I politely requested him to spray the upstairs roof first, he told me that it was not required and not to tell him how to do his job. He kept shooing me out of my own house and said that once he was in, I should leave the house keys with him and be gone. This rose to a suspicion of what he was up to. I understand that we have to keep away from the pesticides, but there is a better way of conveying it. I hung around at my neighbor's place and checked on him every 10 mins, and each time he threatened me and dared to lock me out of my own house. He was continuously on the phone and was never seen wearing a mask. When I arrived back home after 5 hours, I noticed not much was done, the outside was not done at all. I can tell because I've done this 4 times already and one would usually find streaks of dried liquid residue on the outside of the windows. I'd request the company to send a senior person to check my house before they take the payment from my credit card. I would also caution the public to use this company at their own peril.
