I had low expectations.. I unexpectedly became the executor of an estate and thus had to sell a house remotely. My opinion of real estate agents(REA) is generally pretty low.However Taylor & Strong thoroughly impressed me, I came to them after a less than stellar experience with another REA. The initial signup process was quick and easy through the use of electronic signatures and digital workflows. They were familiar with the requirements involved with estate sales and communicated well through emails, keeping me up to date with each step in the process.Taylor and Strong managed getting the house up to sale condition. Achieving this required project management of multiple tradespeople that they were obviously on good terms with to get work done in short time frames.It is hard to objectively judge the end sale price as there are too many variables involved, but we did end up with a higher sale price than the previous REA was predicting.

It is my privilege to write a review for Taylor & Strong. In all my dealings with Taylor & Strong they were extremely professional. Their integrity, honesty, communication skills, assistance with contractors, availability to answer any questions at anytime, streamlined the selling process of my property. I highly recommend Taylor & Strong to any considering anyone considering selling property.

First Home Success. We had a seamless time going through the process of buying our first home. Taylor & Strong guided us through and were always available every step of the way. It was nice to be be able to ask questions without feeling like they were stupid questions. Great communicators not to mention very friendly and easy to get along with.Buying a first home is never as easy as they say it is on the packet, but they certainly helped make it feel easy.
