I really thought everything was going downhill when my order of roof racks took too long. Hayley was really AWESOME. She made an extra mile of giving me a lift to make the install possible. No customer skills at all..had roof racks fitted incorrectly when I asked to have them put on properly I was told to go somewhere else...atrocious customer correspondence and service....

Extremely disappointed!Because of lockdown I've been emailing them to arrange for a roof rack. We've been emailing back and forth making sure that I get the correct roof rack. Excited to go to the shop after waiting a month for stock, they then didn't have Pay wave, and I didn't have my credit card with me, so paid with my eftpos card while they started installing the roof racks. I went for a walk, but when I came back they have installed the exact roof racks I did not want. They then removed it and I asked for a refund. This is where I got even more annoyed because they couldn't refund my money back onto my eftpos card. Why, makes no sense. This all happened Monday, well, it's Friday today and I still don't have my money back. I have never waited this long for any refunds in my life and what makes me more angry. How long am I going to wait to get my money back and are they paying me intrest on it? Ridiculous! Will never recommend this business.

Don’t listen to those one star reviews! This guys legit. Called repco and super cheap auto and got nowhere. One quick call to this outfit and 15mins later I had exactly what I needed for a better price than the aforementioned faceless corporations.Will definitely use their excellent service again.

I got 3 bar system put on the hulix and had great service and the installation was perfectly aligned was extremely happy the the result, would highly recommend.
