Nick is so invested in his community, it shines through all his decisions, the staff in store reflect it well. When we were little groms we used to spend heaps of time in-store. I haven't seen Nick in over 10 years and he recognised me straight away, and was super helpful with putting together a surf setup. Even offered to call me at 7:30pm to help install the tail pad. Really good people, have put in the decades to lifting the community up. Couldn't recommend more

Amazing service. I would fully recommend this business to anyone. I had a few queries regarding their products & Tom was so helpful & so I placed the order on line. He promised me that the product would arrive overnight & it did. Their courier service was also fantastic. I was most impressed with the ease with which the whole transaction was completed. I ordered protective gear for my 7 year old grandson to use for skateboarding & not only did it fit perfectly but the product was of a very high quality & my daughter was also very impressed.Sara Lambert

Great local skate/surf shop with a really solid clothing and board selection. The owner is a nice guy as well. I had to exchange my shoes which I bought on clearance because they ended up fitting a bit too small and he was gracious about it.

The shop and staff were super busy, but the service didn’t suffer. Excellent customer service from the phone call, in store advice/sale and post purchase support (literally helping us tie it to the roof rack) and got us on the beach with our new gear/board that arvo. Thanks team much appreciated

Big Big Thank you to everyone at Underground Surf & Skate. I was looking for a couple of very hard to find Skateboard Decks for my Daughter and the good people at Underground rang me out of the blue to let me know they had what I was looking for, they went well above normal Customer Service to help us. I can’t fully explain how happy my Daughter and myself where when received the great news. I just couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful they where to help us out with what we where looking for. We live in Australia, shipping wasn’t an issue & the decks arrived in quick time and where packed perfectly.I just can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done.Thank you very much and keep doing what you’re doing.

Always have a fantastic experience here. The staff are always super engaging and helpful, and really know what they are talking about. Cool store with a nice and relaxed vibe. It's great to have a such a good local resource like this. The owner Nick is a great community man as well.

Great advice when purchasing a surfskate over the phone. Nick didn't try and sell me the most expensive kit, instead he guided me to the board that best suited my needs. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely great first surfboarding lesson on a beautiful beach - the two young women in the shop were really helpful and the surf instructor Annabel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Thanks for a great day!
