Great service, excellent selection and priced fairly . Liked that you had the option of adding to the box. Our gift recepient was happy and sent me a photo of her gift box and it was exactly what I had chosen on screen, so really pleased. Will definately use again.

Sent a surprise bouquet package to a friend while I was overseas & it was delivered promptly and perfectly the very next day as per requests. Great service! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an item on 21/4 to be delivered on 25/4. Called them on one number, it was disconnected, another number had voicemail from Xmas. Such poor customer service- why make us pick a date if you know you can’t deliver to that promise. Ruining peoples special days by delivering items well after birthdays. Awful company- will not be using this

Made an order for mothers day and emailed straight away asking to update the note that went with the order. No response a week later so i followed up and then get a reply straight away saying it has already left. I then emailed again asking if the note had been updated and to be provided with a tracking number as the one they supplied me with was invalid. 2 days and 3 emails later still nothing...Would not reccomend at all. Very disappointed as i spent a decent amount of money with this company.
