I got fined outside my house for parking on unlimited parking spot, but my tyre was just touching the white parking line. I am shocked and disgusted, how is this in the rule book?? This was not even in the CBD.Just looking for excuses to fine people, looks like they are running low on cash.

On 2 different occasions I have tried to talk to Moana Pool staff regarding school bookings. I support people with disabilities and while I orientate them to the leisure pool facilities, I would rather it was on a quieter day. I have yet been able to talk to anyone at the pool. The process has felt obstructive and I have felt like an inconvenience. The gated centralised gate keeping call centre is impersonal and the heart and access of DCC services are lost.

This is a council that ignores the people who fund it. They have made a hash of most things they are involved with, especially the roads, silly speed limits and daft 'traffic calming' (ie dangerous and disrupting) features. As for the debacle at St Clair beach; unbelievable, Kindy students would do better..

The are are no places put aside for the traveling visitors when visiting Dunedin.We enquired with the coincil and was told about an area at the rail way station.Parking between 6 pm to 8 am rest of the time you pay going rates and the was only a hand full of theses avaiable. We visited here 5 yrs ago and things have not got any better. So to the council no where to stay so no money spent. The council needs to get pro actice and put aside a very big area where self cont. M.homes can stay for a period of 2 days at a resonsble rate IE. $ 5.00 p.day and in an area very close to the city.Do not think we would visit again because of this.

Parking officer needs glasses, parked in a mobility park clearly marked as such with mobility card very clearly on display yet this nasty person gave me a ticket. Rang the council and the girl on the phone was as usless as the parking meter person. Horrible unwelcoming city. Spent nearly $14000.00 here today and this is how you're treated.
