Pleasant little store. Very clean and sells all the essentials. Staff helpful and friendly another great bonus. Looks like the same architect as Countdown Wainuiomata designed it. Layout almost identical.

Smart shop. Nice lay out. Price is too high in produce department for an area that supplies fruit and vege.Kids trolleys all missing or stollen.Wouldn’t shop here regularly.

Loved my experience here! I was in the store looking for a specific ingredient for a cake I was baking for my sister's birthday a little while ago. This boy named Cyvan helped me find all the ingredients I needed and showed me many other ingredients that would help with my baking. My cake turned out amazing. He is an amazing employee and I completely enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Cyvan for helping me!

First visit to this newish Countdown , loved it. Lots of variety, no empty shelves and everything looked great. Will make the effort to go there again. Been back again ,twice. Worth the trip. A very nice store.

Modern style building. Lots of parking. Easily accessible from the motorway.Well stocked, friendly staff, great clearance deals.Visit on Sunday morning after the pokeno market which is next door. Great way to do shopping!!

Terrible customer service at the checkout...operators can't even put your groceries back in your trolley as paknsave does...just watched an operator put a customer's items back on the counter after scanning them after he had put his bag right there for her to reach...pure laziness...get better service at paknsave
