Wow! Me and my partner came in on the 28th to buy himself a new phone, we were both astounded by the lovely customer service we received from everyone in store! Especially Aditya. He instantly knew what we were after and offered the best options for what we wanted, definitely made waiting worth it! What an amazing team your store has :)

The lady that served us wasn't helpful, when I asked questions, she just repeated herself, and was rude. Even though I was confused, didn't feel like asking her anymore questions, wanted to get it done and leave- made the whole experience unpleasant. We have been to this store multiple times in the past, however this was the first time I have had such experience.

They do not have enough staff, no one answers the phone and no one returns your calls, out of 10 basically a big fat 0. go somewhere else for service.

Myah (the store manager), has multiple mentions in negative reviews below. Unsurprising to see this after my experience today. Hard to imagine how someone with such a shockingly bad attitude has ended up becoming the manager. Utterly useless and seemed to enjoy being as unhelpful and rude as possible. After this many negative reviews focused on one employee I'm surprised the store owner has not done anything. Pathetic excuse for customer service.
