Allowed ALL my details to be stolen even though I never used their services. Company applied on my behalf for credit over 7 years ago, why did they even have my information? I get non stop scam emails ever since.

Can't email, can't locate this so called new mobile app and payments are getting allocated to the wrong accounts. Trying to speak to some one takes for ever - last attempts couldn't get through since the cyber attack - which is even more reason you should have people on the phones. Also takes for ever for the new balance to be refreshed. I want to be paid up so I can close and leave

Absolutely terrible. Shocking customer service. I was affected by the data breach as a past customer of Latitude. Called the general enquiries line to request the information they hold on me and was told (after 20 minutes waiting on hold) to call their dedicated phone number. Called the dedicated number and they told me to call the exact some phone number who just referred me to them. These guys can't even get this right.. Don't give them a single dollar of yours (or any personal information).

Trying to check if my info was hacked as old customer. Can't get anyone by phone , options to contact them are impossible. You would think that they would try to give a positive experience not make it impossible to contact them.

This review is gonna be ignored just like it happened with the previous ones, but I still have to say itCx service sucks, spoke to a cx service agent lady, last Friday, and she had no knowledge between direct debit and automatic payment.And a month ago I spoke to a different call centre agent and he told me I have direct debit setup n that I do not need to worry.Every agent tells there own different story, I just joined about 3months ago and I have made more that 10 calls just trying to sort out how the deductions gonna happen.I still don't know if they have direct debit, n yeah call is answered after 45minsIt's a rubbish app, you can't do anything from the app, apart from viewing statement

So this company has allowed my financial information to be compromised. I try to respond to their 'we care about you' email (yeah right) but it bounces because it is a no-reply email. When I call them to find out how and what info is compromised, on the number they have sent me and told me is a dedicated number for this issue, they tell me they can't help me and I will need to ring the general customer number. I ask if they can organise for someone to call me back and am told no they can't do that. I would NEVER deal with this company. They actually don't care at all. They are full of what goes down the toilet!

Have seemed to be a good company until you try to contact them. Don't call you back or hang up after you've waited an hour on hold to speak to someone. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and as soon as I hear from someone I will be settling my account and not going back. Sharpen up people your service is appalling

If I could give a negative rating I would. Customer service is absolutely rubbish. Promise the world but do not deliver! I won't be using again! I don't understand why so many companies promote Latitude GEM Visa. I definitely would not recommend. The hours it has taken me on the phone to follow up with GEM is absolutely ridiculous and not yet resolved

A terrible experience. We wanted to pay the balance in full and cancel the card. When asked about a reference number we were told to use the last 10 digits of the card number (even a 10 digit ref should raise a red flag) which we did. When we asked a few days later why our card hadn't been cancelled they told us our money was in 'limbo' because we hadn't used the first 10 digits of the card...wow.Stay well clear of this company.

Unbelievable, it took 2 weeks to get through to them, honestly ring at 11am on a Tuesday, get a message, I'm calling outside office hours. Several other days were the same. Have now canceled all dealings with them. Never again, I do NOT recommend using these guys at all!
