Sunset View Lodge
We were escaping the flooding on the East Coast, and escape we did to a sun drenched West Coast where we enjoyed a stunning sunset with drinks of the deck of the Lodge. Thoroughly recommend.

Sunset View Lodge
We had a last minute booking on the day at Sunset View Lodge but an hour later our guys advised the booking was not needed anymore. We cancelled and Sharon from Sunset View Lodge was so helpful and although we didn't stay with them, we have added them as one to book when up that way. Fantastic service and so very helpful. Thanks Sharon.

Sunset View Lodge
This place was perfect, very clean, lovely host (Sharron), and we even got welcomed by Nala, their cute dog that will come out and raise her paw for a hand shake. The accomodation has everything you need and breakfast was nice every morning. There is a beach nearby which has the most stunning sunsets you will ever see. The only slight negative is that the upstairs rooms are quite hot even with the fan that is provided, but overall lovely place, highly recommended, and we will definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night extended family stay here. Sharron and Shane were extremely friendly and accomodating hosts. Lovely rooms and beautiful location. Can highly recommend!!

Firstly, our hosts, Sharron and Shane were friendly and warm.Our accommodation was the perfect location for our annual golf tournament at the local golf course ie. 500m away.The lodge was neat and very cosy, the swimming pool is a welcome addition especially for those long, hot summers.The rooms were well presented, adequate for the missus and I. We’ll definitely be coming back and will highly recommend this place to anyone.

To Sharron and Shane, again I could not have asked for better accommodation. I have just seen on your web site that you do golf holidays as well. Definitely something for me to look at in future. I must also congratulate you on your great work with the drive way and garden.

One of my favourite places to stay and by far the superior option in the area. All round excellent with friendly and accommodating owners. A real life saver if you have fallen out of your nest too ;)

Fabulous accommodation, very clean and beautifully presented. The view was stunning and the sunset magnificent. Driving up to the lodge was very impressive with the lovely gardens. Sharron and Shane were very friendly and helpful hosts The weather was so hot that maybe in time a pullout sunshade would let guests utilize the deck the whole time! Just a tiny item could be added, a plate and knife would be a handy addition for cheese to have with the wine! We will definitely return. The continental breakfast in the morning was plentiful.

We had a really enjoyable stay on the last day of a week long holiday. The location was quiet and relaxing and the sunset was fantastic. The rooms and the facilities are modern and comfortable. Great hosts and we will be back.

What a lovely little Gem! Lovely views and beautiful rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and can definitely recommend Sunset View Lodge. We also enjoyed the pool.
