Sauvarins are great to deal with. Our double glazed window unit was quoted promptly, ordered and replaced within the timeframe indicated. The office staff are quick to respond to calls and email, and friendly to deal with. The tradesmen are friendly and polite, and quick to complete their tasks. Phenomenal service from the first call to the end of the job. Called last night to ask for a cat door installation. After talking to the lovely receptionist I had the job done within 24hrs. Both employees who came to the house were amazing and did a perfect job! 10/10

If you need a windscreen repair, or any glass repair for that matter I highly recommend you go to the team at Sauvarins Takanini. I was very impressed with their friendly, helpful and professional service. Latia took one look at the damage and said it will need to be a full replacement and explained to me why, she spoke reassuringly and made me feel like it was an easy fix and I could let her know when it was convenient for them to have my car for a couple of hours. Ashley was accommodating when I was booking it in to get it done. Luke and Jack did a fantastic job of the replacement, its better than the original! The service from start to finish was floorless, I cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks for your outstanding customer service!
