I feel that our cleaner does an adequate job - she covers the basics mop, vacuum, bathrooms and does these well but never notices or gives the wall a wipe when or the odd bit of dusting - it feels like all she does the absolute minimum and nothing else, maybe it is a time restriction thing but she has two hours

I have been using Absolute Domestics for over ten years to clean a two-storey 4-bedroom house on a weekly basis. My first cleaners - a husband and wife team - were with me for about 7 years and they were great. However, since then I have had a variety of cleaners - some were good but unreliable, some were bad and unreliable, some were bad but reliable.Absolute Domestics is very poor at dealing with complaints. They are obsessed with ringing me all the time for feedback, but fail to act when I point out that the cleaner they sent me is incompetent. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Our cleaner came out to do an end of tenancy clean, she did not even clean the bench tops in the kitchen, did not clean the skirting boards, did not clean the walls. I had to point out certain spots for her to clean and she did not finish the job because she had to go to a meeting. Needless to say, we did not get our bond back (which I knew would happen) and I am not very impressed at all. $50 an hour for this? No. Not only was she very slow but also not a good cleaner. I have never had such a poor cleaning job done in my life.

I finally decided to try out a domestic cleaning service. I initially tried the spring cleaning service from Absolute Domestics. The team were great and I was super happy with the deep clean. I then decided to havea regular fornitely clean booked in because of how happy I was with the first clean. The regular clean is amazing. I cannot clean my own house this good. The rate is super affordable. I am so happy with my cleaner, she is professional and very thorough.

We were late hiring a cleaner, and being at the end of February (a busy time for moving) the first three places we contacted were all booked up. Having no referrals for any other places I was left to rely upon the Google Reviews and went with this place. I have no regrets. Our cleaner (Tan) came along and did an excellent job. Listened to instructions. No stress. Would definitely use again.

Alanah is very reliable and always completes the list of tasks I give her. She is great and has saved me so much time in the weekend. I love coming home on a Monday to a really clean house!
