I was having trouble ordering my food, but this young lovely man named Samuel C was able to help me get it sorted. Not only that, but he helped me carry my food to my car, which made the experience far better. Will definitely be back for sure, with great workers such as Samuel C.

I am writing this review after much contemplation and hesitation as my experience at the McDonald's in Feilding, back in 2020, was unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It has taken me some time to share my thoughts due to the sheer discomfort and negativity associated with that incident.Upon my visit, I was met with an utter lack of professionalism and respect from the shift manager on duty. Communication, an integral aspect of any service industry, seemed to be a lost art in her case. Her manners were not only devoid of the warmth and friendliness expected of a McDonald's employee but also bordered on offensive. The treatment I received was not only unprofessional but also utterly disrespectful, leaving a bitter taste that outlasted the memory of the meal itself.McDonald's, as a global brand, has always prided itself on its commitment to providing a pleasant dining experience for its patrons. However, the Feilding outlet, at least during my visit, failed to uphold these values. One of the essential aspects of customer service is treating customers with respect and understanding, which was evidently missing in this encounter.I hope that this review will not only be a reflection of my personal disappointment but will also serve as a call to action for the management at the Feilding McDonald's. There is a pressing need to reevaluate and reinforce their training programs, ensuring that every employee understands the importance of courteous and professional communication.Despite this unfortunate event, I still believe in the potential of every McDonald's outlet to provide a positive experience to its customers. Excellent friendly staff,went out of their way to satisfy our requests,cannot remember the names of the young ladies who served us but very friendly and helpful,our meals were great, we have been there before with a similar experience,how I remember McDonald's of old,would definitely go back.
